The Employees menu allows you to manage your organization’s workforce in one place. From here, you can add new employees, edit employee details, reset passwords, enable or disable accounts, and remove employees when required. You can also assign roles (Employee, Manager, or Admin), promote managers to admin status, and control individual access permissions such as screenshot capture and employee dashboard login access.
Go to the Employees menu from the left-hand navigation panel.
Click + New Employee located at the top-right corner.
It will redirect you to the employee creation form.
Fill in all required fields such as Full Name, Email Address, and Work Shift.
Click Save to complete the process.
Once saved, a confirmation message will appear and an invitation email with login credentials will be sent to the employee.
You may add further details by selecting Add more details, or collapse the section using Hide details if additional information is not required.
Easily create designations, shifts, and activity sets for employees by selecting +Add designation, +Add shift, or +New activity set respectively, and fill in the necessary details in the popup window.
Select +Add designation.
A popup window will appear, where you must input the mandatory details: Designation name and Description.
Click the Add designation button to save the details.
To modify the added Designation details, go to Settings → Designation.
Click on "Add shift" to add your organization's employee shift.
A popup window will appear where you can input the necessary details such as "Shift name," "Description," and "Shift start time and end time."
Save the details by clicking the "Add shift" button.
Note : To modify the added shift timing details, go to Settings → Shift.
The Overview page displays the employee’s basic profile and company information, including personal details, employee code, designation, employment type, and assigned teams. It provides a quick summary of the employee’s status and allows admins to view and update key details from a single screen.
Click the 3-dot menu near the Save button to access additional options such as Change Email, Reset Password, View Reports, Disable Employee, Remove Employee, and Promote as Admin.
Following the password reset, a popup window will display new credentials. Additionally, the respective employee will receive an email containing the updated login information.
Screenshot Capturing(Enable / Disable) - Now, company administrators and managers can customize screenshot-capturing settings on a per-employee basis.
Employee dashboard access(Enable / Disable) - Take control of your employee dashboard access. Company administrators and managers can decide whether individual employees can log in to the dashboard to view their reports or not.
