The FocusRO dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your organization's activity and key metrics. where administrators, managers, and employees can monitor work activity, meetings, breaks, and productivity in real time.

View the current status of each employee in real time, including transitions between Work, Meetings, Breaks, Idle, and Off modes.
At Work – Number of employees started client app and currently active.
In Meeting – Employees engaged in meetings.
At Break – Employees on break.
Idle – Employees logged in but inactive.
Off – Employees not logged in client app.
A circular chart visually represents the distribution of users across these statuses.
Displays the 30-day average of breaks and meetings to help understand team behavior and improve productivity across the organization.
Daily Breaks (Avg.) – Number and average duration of breaks taken daily.
Meetings (Avg.) – Number of meetings per day and average meeting duration.
You can easily analyze the percentage distribution of work time across the organization on a daily basis, helping you track productivity trends over time across:

Idle
and you can select a past date to check the percentage distribution of Work Time Spread.
Your organisation’s configured timezone is shown in the top-right corner of the dashboard, next to the organisation code label.
Easily switch between dark and light themes using the toggle available in the dashboard header, according to your visual preference.
Use the language selector in the top header to switch the dashboard to your preferred language for a more localized experience.
You can find a quick overview of your organization's employee activity report on the dashboard under "Focus Timeline" displaying individual-wise data.
The timeline displays user-specific data, including screenshots, software usage, browsing activity, and time spent on each software.

Export to CSV
Within the "Focus Share" section, you have the option to “Export CSV” files containing comprehensive activity app reports for selected employees. This feature allows you to easily download and analyze entire app activity usage data for further insights and reporting.
Activity Drill-down
Within “Focus Share” - click on a specific activity to open a detailed app report in a popup window, providing more in-depth information about that activity.







Premium plan upgrade:
(I)When attempting to add a 4th user, we request upgrading to a premium plan. Upon upgrading, you will receive an invoice for the 4th user at $3.99.
(II) This upgrade allows you to continue adding additional employees to your organization.
(III) Your invoices will reflect usage and the number of users added, issued at the end of each month along with the prior invoice for the next month.
Pro-Rata Invoicing Policy:
Invoices are calculated on a pro-rata basis and you can see the breakdowns in invoice details.
Employee based invoicing:
(I) Invoicing will be based on the list of active and disabled employees in the list.
(II)The count of removed employees will not be included in the billing.
Please note: Initially, we will collect payment for invoices after you have used the service in the first month. From the second month onwards, our invoicing will switch to a pay-as-you-go model, where charges will be adjusted based on your usage. You will then receive the invoice for the subsequent month accordingly.
